Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order, as we may not be able to amend it once your order has been processed.

Returns

We hope you love every purchase from Teddy Wick Kids. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned with all original packaging and tags.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.
